Your subconscious mind believes everything you tell it, whether it is the truth or a lie. What are you training your subconscious mind to believe? Think about your internal chatter, that self-talk we all do. Pay attention today and be aware of what you keep saying to yourself, over and over and over again. It might be as simple as, “oh , that was stupid” or “I can never do this right.” If you pay attention to that chatter, which you most likely do not even know you are creating, you will be surprised at how many negative messages YOU are constantly sending yourself. Become aware and catch yourself in those moments. Begin to replace those self-defeating words with empowering ones. They can be as simple as, “oops!” or “I am going to take a breath and get this done right now.” As most things are, this is quite simple. The missing link is YOU simply going from KNOWING to DOING. When you are AWARE, you are in a powerful place to change. Be inspired!
