So much time and energy is wasted on mindless, unnecessary disagreement. Create a new habit today. Every time you are about to open your mouth, whether to give a new thought or respond to someone else’s thought, take a breath. The difference between reacting and responding is 1 breath. You will be amazed at how much energy you retain simply by choosing to breath. Don’t think about it, just do it. The understanding is in the experience.
